We provide three ways of paying for your parking ticket; app, text message or voicemail. Should one of the alternatives not work, make sure you use another payment method to avoid getting a parking fine.<\/strong> <\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

When you pay for your parking by text message, mobile app or voicemail, the parking attendant can see your digital parking ticket in the system. The digital ticket has the same validity as a regular paper ticket. Make sure you finalise the payment and receive a receipt or confirmation of the registered parking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the parking facilities there are signs with information about payment methods and instructions for use. The app supplier also handles payments that are not made through the app itself, such as payment by text message or voicemail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that you cannot send your registration number or other information to our customer service as a replacement for a valid parking ticket.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All parking meters at LKP\u2019s facilities and on public streets have been phased out. As of\u00a0July 1, 2025,\u00a0mobile parking\u00a0is the only payment method available at all our locations. Read more about the decision<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment by app <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We have agreements with three well-established parking apps; Parkster, EasyPark, and Mobill. Pick you preferred alternative and download the app from App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android). Open the app, then enter your details and card number to create an account. Find the zone code on the information signs at the car park, look up the matching code in your app and follow the instructions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Parkster app makes you flexible, as you can pay for your parking by app, text message or voicemail. Read more about these alternatives below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Download the EasyPark app and start your journey \u2013 this app works in a number of cities throughout Europe. You can also pay for your parking by SMS or voice service. More information about SMS and voicemail is available below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mobill<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Payment by text message <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you don\u2019t have a smartphone, paying by text message is a convenient alternative. Both Parkster, Easypark and Mobill offer text message parking that does not require that you have an app. Note that you need a Swedish personal identification number to be able to pay by text message.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
