Charging stations for electric- and hybrid cars

We offer car charging for electric- and hybrid cars. For the time being you pay only for your parking and the charging in on us!
At Svane you will also find a fast charging station with two spots available.

Solar Cell Panels

The facilities collect the energy for the charging stations from our solar cell panels on the roof. Simply a climate-smart choice!

Collect Your Parcel

Collect your online orders from Post Nords parcel lockers.

Collect your parcel by using PostNords app and confirm your identity through Mobile Bank-ID. Activate bluetooth in your cellphone, stand close to the parcel locker and click “Öppna luckan” (“Open hatch”) in the PostNord app.

Locked Section

Designated parking spots are offered in the locked sections. Only customers who are renting a designated parking spot at the facility have access to these areas.

Digital Keys

For the locked sections we offer a digital key in the form of an app.
You simply click to unlock the gate and won’t have to bother keeping track of physical key tags.

Grocery Store

A locked section for bicycle parking can be found in connection to the facility.

Rental Cars

At the entrance level in connection to the train station buildning, you will find an automated service station where you can rent a car from Hertz.

Tram Transfer

Transfer to the tram between Lund C and ESS/Max IV is easily accessible in close proximity of the mobility house.
