By parking within LKP’s garage with camera surveillance, you accept our camera surveillance policy and our processing of your personal data. In order to offer you our services such as a safer and more secure parking, we need to process your personal data as below. We do this with the greatest possible consideration for your privacy.
By parking in a parking spot in our camera-monitored parking garages you can provide information to us. The information provided is for example your car registration number and recorded material of you and your vehicle in connection with a stay in the garage.
Your information is processed within the EU / EEA and is only stored for as long as is necessary to perform our contracts/services towards you and as long as required by statutory storage times. Events that have not been actively saved for further investigation are always deleted after 30 days. Saved material is only handed over to the police authority or insurance company.
